This morning I found a recipe for Clafoutis in my King Arthur Baker's Companion cookbook and made it to take to a local cornroast. Thank you for your information. Until I saw the recipe in KA I had never seen or heard of this dessert. I had to go looking for info and pics. I really like your interpretation of it and the in-depth explanation! Great site!
