Yummy!! I can make a meal out of salad, but I'm curious if you served this alongside anything? Gorgeous (why does that look like I spelled it wrong, I've been re-typing it like 5 times already!) cheese shavings btw, I can never get those right...


I recently finished The United States of Arugula, too. Fascinating.... now, where on earth did you find such lovely greens at this time of year??!

Yvo, I did serve it with the Tasmanian Sea Trout in the previous post... it was a great pairing.

Lydia, we have an incredible store in NYC called Garden of Eden, that's where I found this beautiful produce and greens. Their website is http://edengourmet.com/ They are also where I recently found the fresh porcinis!
